The building is located in Branesti, in the immediate vicinity of the A2 Highway and is located on a plot of land with an area of 19,250 sqm that includes three production halls with a total area of 2,000 sqm, built of 100 mm panels.
The property is connected to utilities and is equipped with its own TRAFO point, but also photovoltaic panels of 200kw / h, which allow the use of renewable energy, having an important advantage, because it reduces energy costs and increases production efficiency. They allow the factory to recycle between 250-300 tons of plastics monthly, with a grain production of 160-200 tons per month. In addition, the factory also produces 1.5-1.7 million spacers for construction and 50,000 plastic buckets.
An important equipment of the factory is an approved scale with a capacity of 60t and four forklifts, including a Merlo, which is extremely useful and expensive.
The 35 employees are responsible for the recycling and production processes. They are experts in their field and have contributed to the success of the factory.
