Located in the heart of Transylvania, the village of Criț, together with neighbouring towns such as Viscri, Roadeș, Bunești, Rupea, Fișer, Meșendorf or Saschiz, is the perfect example of a Saxon village where the houses have brick doors, where the solid wood furniture is hand-painted, the people are welcoming and the fortified churches are loaded with history and heritage objects.
The property that the Remax One Mediaș agency proposes to you is a functional agritourism guesthouse, born from a story of two good friends who grew up in Transylvania in a multicultural and multilingual environment, these aspects being harmoniously combined in what represents the property. It is a quiet place where you can connect with nature and the history of the places, the property being arranged in such a way that it preserves the history of the Saxons and their customs.
The guesthouse, located in the center of Criț, in the immediate vicinity of the Fortified Church, consists of 4 adjoining houses. The houses have been carefully restored, forming a household, as it functioned within the authentic Saxon village. The interiors are decorated in a peasant - Saxon style with restored old furniture, there are many original elements, if we only think of the beam in the apartments of one of houses that attest to the year 1831. Decorations, old objects, old embroideries, stitching and hand-woven carpets, complete the authenticity of the property and bring that welcoming air of yesteryear.
The animal enclosure is the delight of visitors, being a therapy and at the same time offering relaxing moments. The imposing wine press that dates back to 1900 has been restored and reminds us of the times when the hills around the village were full of vineyards and in autumn the sweet grape juice brought joy to the peasants' homes.
In addition to the relaxation and rest that guests can enjoy in the yard, reading a book or enjoying the cute animals in the household, hiking in the woods and on the surrounding hills can be organized. Cart or sleigh rides, where guests can connect with the villagers, bike rides on the 40 km route: Crit, Viscri, Bunesti and Mesendorf or tours to the fortified churches of Viscri, Saschiz, Mesendorf and Roades are also, activities that guests of this storied location can enjoy.
Trips to the sheepfold in the area with tasting of traditional products or visits to the only inhabited citadel in Europe, Sighisoara, will sure please the guests.

The former stables have been arranged into rooms for guests, each with its own bathroom. These rooms are heated with radiators, being connected to the wood-burning heating system.
